You need to adjust the screw hole: In this way, we can let the ink line swing left and right until the ink line is adjusted to the correct position of the recycling tank.   If you want to adjust up and down, we need to adjust this hole: We use a thin steel wire to poke into the hole, and then move to the left or right, and then we can adjust the ink line

Then, if the printing effect is not good or it is a common problem, then we need to look at the parameters: Inkjet speed is 20, and then the following show four 1, that ink point splitting can also be. Then the pressure is 2.24, which is a small character machine. It can be above 2 and below 3. Then the speed is above 1500 and below 2000. Then the viscosity, the difference between the two sides should be almost the same, do not let it differ greatly. These are common parameters.

Generally, it can be unobstructed.   If the blockage is very serious, we have to check which section is blocked, because the recycling pipe is also divided into several sections, so are all the pipes, whether it is the ink supply pipe or the recycling pipe. If it is blocked, we have to check it section by section, first determine the small direction, which side is easy to block.   Especially for the recovery part, it is necessary to determine whether the recovered iron crutch is blocked or the recovery pipeline is blocked:   This is a viscometer. There is a thimble on it. One thimble controls the low one and the other controls the high one:   Then we turn it on, this is low, this is high:   The ink will flow in from this pipe, and then fill it up. Then, the whole recycling module can be replaced. When replacing, you can choose not to remove the short screw, and then remove the remaining two long screws: But when dismantling, we should pay attention to the fact that there are three very small O-rings around the column. Do not remove the O-ring. If it is removed, even if we screw it tightly, it will leak ink. We need to pay special attention to this.   If you don’t use it for a long time, if you don’t use it for a month, it is recommended that you clean the ink discharge pipe. If you don’t use it for half a month or a week, we must shut it down normally, and then inject some detergent into the recycling tank.   After filling the cleaning solution, first of all, this is the manual recovery valve. Now it is vertical, that is, it is open. Then we select it and rotate it 90 degrees to make it horizontal, so that it will not contact with the air, and then the recovery pipeline will not be blocked: But if we don’t use it for a long time, then we need to use normal ink discharge and clean the pipeline.

If the ink line is a little bit off, we’ll spin this, and then the nozzle can be adjusted left and right:   If the ink wire deviation is very large, let’s loosen this screw a little bit with this screw:   Then adjust the screw:   If the ink line is not very large, the two screws do not move:   Just spin this, turn left or right, it can also adjust up and down and left and right:   But if the deviation is outrageous, or if the fixing sleeve has been removed and reinstalled, then we must first identify this one, and first make a big adjustment:   Then tune this and fine-tune it: If these two places have been adjusted, but they are still not adjusted well, or there are still some deviations, we will adjust the recovery pipe, but only if the nozzle is unblocked, that is to say, the ink line deviation is not caused by nozzle blockage.   How to adjust the recycle pipe? First of all, loosen the three screws by one turn:   Then up and down, we can use a slotted screwdriver to raise the stainless steel rod up a little, and we can also fine tune it left and right a little: But the three screws must be loosened first. Otherwise, when you adjust it, it is easy to break, because it is easy to deform. Once it deform, it is useless.

When we remove the nozzle of the 9040 inkjet printer, we must not remove its fixed base, because if you remove it and install it back, it is very easy to damage it：   If you want to remove the nozzle, let’s loosen the two screws first. One is the ground wire and the other is the crystal oscillator wire.
