These models are collectively referred to as the Simplicity series. These models are used in different products and different scenarios. Increase the delay, the position of the printed message is further back, the delay is reduced, and the position of the printed message is further forward: After adjusting the delay, we install the photoelectric plug to the left side of the machine:   Then fix the photoelectric:   There is also a photoelectric setting, sensing that the conveyor belt is on the left or right side of the nozzle, when there is a product passing, the lamp must be bright, and when there is no product, the lamp must not be light:   If the light is still on when no product passes, we need to move the photoelectric up a little: Until it is adjusted to “the lamp is on when there is a product passing, and the lamp is not bright when there is no product passing”.   Then, when we put the print head on the print head bracket, the screw on the print head must be parallel to the direction in which the conveyor belt runs. There are only two directions for the screws, left or right:

If printing two lines of words will be missing half, we open the nozzle cover, and then find the recycling tank hanging ink, how to solve this? First of all, we also look at the viscosity first, if the viscosity is high or low, we must first cycle it to a normal value, so that the actual value of the viscosity is the same as the target value in parentheses: Then we print it again to see the effect.   If the viscosity is normal but still hanging ink, we select “Message Parameters” and click the confirm button:   Then set the character height to 10, if it is lower than 5, it may also hang ink:   There is also a charging failure, if the charging fails, two lightning bolts will be displayed on the screen. In the event of a charging failure, we must first check whether the charging slot is clean, and if it is not clean, we must wash it clean:   Then blow it dry, and then we turn it on again. In general, as long as this is done, the fault will be eliminated, provided that the viscosity is normal.

Select “Nozzle Flush” here:   Then press the Confirm key:   Then use the cleaning pot to clean towards the nozzle:   After washing, we blow dry it with an ear wash ball. Then press this key to turn on the machine normally, see if the fault is eliminated, if not eliminated, continue to use the “nozzle flush” to clean several times.   Another fault is the high voltage fault. If the high-pressure deflection plate is very dirty, use the cleaning pot to clean the high-pressure deflection plate, and then blow it dry, and the high-pressure deflection plate must be kept dry: After cleaning and drying, we start the machine again. If it is normal, it means that the high-voltage fault is caused by the dirty high-voltage deflection plate.   If we still report a high-voltage failure, we can look at the split. First we press this key to enter the diagnostic interface:   Here we can see the target and actual values of the pressure. Based on this, we can know the target value of viscosity:   The target value is 2620, if it is less than the value in parentheses, it means that the ink viscosity is thin; if it is similar to the value in parentheses, the viscosity is normal:   If the viscosity is very thin, it will also cause high pressure failure. If the viscosity is abnormal, we start the machine and let it cycle automatically until the viscosity is normal, and then we print

Let’s put the ink tank here first:   Put the solvent tank on this side:   Then pour about 1.2 liters of ink into the ink tank, pour 0.825 liters or 1 liters of solvent into the solvent box, and tighten the lid.   Then, the machine is received, and the machine needs to be vented if it is used for the first time. First press this key to enter the premium service password:   Then enter “c h a u c e r” in this interface and press the confirm key:   Once we enter this interface, we enter “b l e e d” and press the confirm key and it will be vented:   When it is shown that the exhaust is complete, we press the back key to return to the main interface:   Then take a look at whether the printhead is dirty here:   If it is not dirty, we can hold down this key for a few seconds and it will boot normally:

1 is the ink supply tube and 2 is the cleaning tube:   3 is the flushing tube and 4 is the recycling tube:   If we dismantle the nozzle, we only need to remove the four screws on the nozzle:   Then you can see that 5 is the solenoid valve and 6 is the O-ring:   When installing, the O-ring should be installed first, and then the nozzle should be installed. When the nozzle is installed, the side with the numbers is facing outward: Then install the four screws on it.   To remove the crystal oscillator, we only need to gently screw it off like this (pay attention to gently rotate, because it has a weld wire on it, which is very thin and easy to break):   If you want to remove the nozzle solenoid valve, we need to remove the crystal oscillator first, and then remove the tube:   Then we spin off this solenoid valve counterclockwise:   If you want to remove the charging slot, let’s loosen this screw:   The charging case can then be unplugged directly:   If you replace the charging slot, you only need to put the new installation on it, tighten its screw, and then put its wires through this hole, which two wires it originally connected, and still connect the two wires:   The replacement of the deflector plate assy is the same, the original deflector plate assy is connected to which line, and the new replacement is still

The viscometer has two tubes, and we remove this tube:   Then, remove the tube on this side as well:   Then, pull the belt up and you can take out the viscometer in its entirety:   When the tube is unplugged and then installed, be sure to install the tube in place.   Then the pressure sensor is very easy to break, usually try not to disassemble it. It is also very simple to remove it, you only need to remove these two screws, but if there is no problem with the pressure, you do not have to remove it, if it is dismantled, if it enters the ink or solvent here, it is easy to break:   There are two Wen tubes in this one, one is a recycled Wen tube, and the other is an exhaust Wen tube:   We first removed its four screws and then slowly removed the lid, which had an O-ring inside. The lower O-ring is recycled, and the upper O-ring is exhaust:   If we want to dismantle the Wen’s tube, first take off the small O-ring, and then take it out like this:     The installation is the same, first install the Wen’s tube, then install the O-ring, then install the lid, and tighten the screws.

Machine parameter adjustment: Look at how the pressure and modulation voltage are adjusted. First press the wrench key:   Then press this wrench key:   Press the Adjustment key:   The first is the modulation voltage and the second is the pressure:   We click on pressure:   Now that the setting is 2850, we can press the right arrow key to increase and the left arrow key to decrease: The value of 2850 is set, a good value, so I don’t have to adjust it again.   Then after adjusting it, be sure to click OK:   Then let’s look at the modulation voltage. The first is the step size, which we can decrease or increase with the left and right arrow keys: Then, the modulation voltage can also be reduced or increased.   In general, the pressure should be set between 2700-3000. The viscosity should be normal, and now the viscosity is a little low, as long as it does not affect the printing effect. The difference between the speed and pressure of the pump is about 1000, the pressure is about 2800, and the pump speed is about 1800. First we need to light up the screen.
